Monica

Insurance Coordinator

Monica started working for Dr. Robert Lee in 1997 as a dental assistant. Since then, she has transitioned into the role of insurance coordinator, where she files patients’ claims and helps the office run efficiently.

Monica has two teenage boys who play hockey. She enjoys spending her free time on Orcas Island, traveling, boating, and hiking.

Becky

Dental Assistant

Becky joined our office in 2022, bringing with her more than 26 years of experience as a dental assistant. She works chairside with our doctors during restorative procedures and ensures that patients are comfortable and well informed every step of the way.

Becky and her husband of 22 years have three amazing daughters, Maile, Kendall, and Elle. They welcomed a grandson, Julian, in 2021 who has become the light of the family. Becky’s free time is spent enjoying life with her family.

Niki

Dental Assistant

Niki is one of our dental assistants. Her goal is to get to know each patient and make them feel comfortable. Niki understands that not everyone likes going to the dentist, so she tries to provide the best experience possible with an individualized approach to patient care.

Niki and her husband have been married since 2019. They have a rescue mutt named Mila who loves to go on walks to the Edmonds pier whenever they have the chance.

Peggy

Dental Hygienist

Peggy has been a dental hygienist for more than 27 years, the past six of which have been with our office. Patient education plays an important role in her approach to hygiene and home care instructions. She understands that a well-informed patient is most often a happy, healthy one!

Peggy has an 11-year-old Chow Chow that looks like a black bear and thinks he runs the house! When not in the office, she enjoys woodworking, riding her bike, and traveling whenever possible.

Donna

Receptionist

Donna began her career after graduating from dental assisting school in 1983. She has worked in many fields in dentistry, including orthodontics, general dentistry, and oral surgery, and has loved them all! Her goal is to be as helpful as possible to our patients in regards to scheduling and insurance. Her favorite part of her job is seeing people happy with their finished treatment.

When the week is done, Donna and her husband over to their cabin in Cle Elum, where they love to snow mobile in the winter, ride quads in the spring and summer, garden, and have fun with their black lab Ruger and two cats. Donna has five grandchildren and loves spending time with them whenever possible.
