Meet the Team

We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.

We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.

Front Desk

Monica

Monica started working for Dr. Robert Lee 22 years ago as a dental assistant. Since then, she has taken on additional duties. Most important for our patients, she is the insurance coordinator.

Monica and her husband Martin have two hockey-loving sons and a German Wirehaired Pointer, Hannah.

Lisa

Lisa has been working in dentistry for nearly two decades, and she joined our office 14 years ago as the chairside assistant for Dr. Lee.  Now she's spending more time at the front desk greeting patients and helping to explain treatment options. She and her husband Nathan live in Lake Stevens with their two sons.

Hygienists

Molly

Molly has been with the office for over 30 years! When she’s not at the office, you can find her decorating her family’s nearby restaurant, Emory’s on Silver Lake. She also likes jogging and spending time with her family (husband Emory, and two kids). Here’s a link to their fantastic restaurant on Silver Lake.

Peggy

Peggy has been a hygienist at our office since 2015. She is committed to giving personal care and providing each patient the information and tools needed for a healthy mouth and optimal health. Having graduated from Boise College for hygiene in 2008, she uses her experience and attention to detail to provide the highest quality of care in a comfortable and professional environment. Peggy is an active member with the ADHA: attending continuing education classes throughout the year, constantly adding to her knowledge, and staying up to date on current information and procedures.

In her spare time, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies — two Chow Chows named Mandy and Nanook — reading, hiking, gardening, and eating good food. She has been fortunate to travel internationally and hopes to add to the list of countries she’s visited.
